At Cornerstone Properties we offer:

• Studio Apartments- A self-contained space with a private kitchen and bedroom with a separate ensuite bathroom in one open-plan room.
• Flat (1 Bed for 1 or 2 Persons)- A one-bedroom apartment with a separate living area, kitchen, and private bathroom. Suitable for individuals or couples.
• Shared Flats- Individual bedrooms within a flat shared by multiple tenants. Includes a communal kitchen, living area, and either shared bathrooms or ensuites.
• En-suite Rooms- Private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, located in shared flats or larger shared buildings. Tenants share a kitchen and living area. These rooms can be rented individually as 1 bed rooms or more commonly letted to groups renting the entire building.
• Houses (for Families or Student Groups)- Entire homes with multiple bedrooms, communal kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas — some also include en-suite bedrooms. Let to families or groups of students.
• Commercial Spaces- Retail or mixed-use units in prime locations, suited for a range of business needs.

We aim to respond swiftly however responses can take up to 3 days.

Minimum tenancy length is 26 weeks
